After months of preparations, the CCTRONIC team presented their final pitch for Erie Hack 2.0 on June 20th at Windows on the River in Cleveland, Ohio. The team was represented by Technical Lead/ Founder Leo Idraikh and Communications Lead Nida Ammar.
Competing against 8 other teams, Leo & Nida pitched cHorizon to a panel of 7 judges and a venue full of spectators from all walks of life. After a long day of pitching, the results came back with CCTRONIC winning second place overall and securing $25K in winnings.
In addition, the team won one of the mini challenges related to climate resilient water infrastructure apps and has been awarded $1500 for the effort.
